Prime Video Code Not Working? Try These Fixes

If your code at amazon.com/mytv is not accepted, one of these fixes usually solves it.

The code is invalid or expired

Codes only last a short time. Go back in the TV app and request a new code, then enter it right away.

I typed it but nothing happened

Check for look-alike characters such as 0 and O or 1 and I. Make sure you are signed in to the same Amazon account you want on the TV.

The TV did not refresh

Wait a few seconds. If it still shows the code, close and reopen the Prime Video app.

The app will not load

Check your internet connection, restart the TV, and update the app from your TV’s app store.

Only enter your code on Amazon’s official website. Never give your code or password to anyone who contacts you offering help.
