# How to Remove a TV From Your Prime Video Account

> Sign a TV or streaming device out of your Amazon account.

Selling an old TV, or signed in to the wrong account? Remove the device so it can no longer use your **Prime Video** account.

## Steps

1. Sign in to your account on **amazon.com**.
2. Open **Content & Devices**, then the **Devices** tab.
3. Pick the TV or player you want to remove.
4. Select **Deregister** and confirm.

To link the device again later, open the app and follow the [setup steps](https://enter-code-tv.mintlify.site/index.md) with a new code.
